Acts 23:29-31
New King James Version
29 I found out that he was accused (A)concerning questions of their law, (B)but had nothing charged against him deserving of death or chains. 30 And (C)when it was told me that [a]the Jews lay in wait for the man, I sent him immediately to you, and (D)also commanded his accusers to state before you the charges against him.
Farewell.
31 Then the soldiers, as they were commanded, took Paul and brought him by night to Antipatris.

New International Version
29 I found that the accusation had to do with questions about their law,(A) but there was no charge against him(B) that deserved death or imprisonment. 30 When I was informed(C) of a plot(D) to be carried out against the man, I sent him to you at once. I also ordered his accusers(E) to present to you their case against him.
31 So the soldiers, carrying out their orders, took Paul with them during the night and brought him as far as Antipatris.
