34 Upon reading the letter, the governor asked what province he was from. When he learned that he was from Cilicia, 35 he said, “I will hear you when your accusers also arrive.” And he ordered that he be guarded in Herod’s Praetorium.

34 The governor read the letter and asked what province he was from. Learning that he was from Cilicia,(A) 35 he said, “I will hear your case when your accusers(B) get here.” Then he ordered that Paul be kept under guard(C) in Herod’s palace.
