Acts 8:38-40

38 So he ordered the chariot to stop, and Philip and the eunuch both went down into the water, and Philip[a] baptized him. 39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away. The eunuch went on his way rejoicing and did not see Philip[b] again. 40 But Philip found himself at Azotus. As he was passing through that region,[c] he kept proclaiming the good news in all the towns until he came to Caesarea.

38 And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him. 39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away,(A) and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing. 40 Philip, however, appeared at Azotus and traveled about, preaching the gospel in all the towns(B) until he reached Caesarea.(C)
