New International Reader's Version
29 He talked and argued with the Greek Jews. But they tried to kill him. 30 The other believers heard about this. They took Saul down to Caesarea. From there they sent him off to Tarsus.
31 Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace. The church was strengthened and grew larger. That’s because they worshiped the Lord and the Holy Spirit helped them.

29 He talked and debated with the Hellenistic Jews,[a](A) but they tried to kill him.(B) 30 When the believers(C) learned of this, they took him down to Caesarea(D) and sent him off to Tarsus.(E)
31 Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria(F) enjoyed a time of peace and was strengthened. Living in the fear of the Lord and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it increased in numbers.(G)
