Gentiles Hear the Good News

³⁴ So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that ^(A)God ^(B)shows no partiality,

²⁸ And he said to them, “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a Jew ^(A)to associate with or to visit anyone of another nation, but ^(B)God has shown me that I should not call any person common or unclean.

¹⁹ Therefore ^(A)my judgement is that we should not trouble those of the Gentiles who ^(B)turn to God,

^17 (A)You shall not be partial in judgement. You shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not be intimidated by anyone, for ^(B)the judgement is God's. And the case that is too hard for you, you shall ^(C)bring to me, and I will hear it.’

²⁹ Or ^(A)is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,

¹⁷ For the Lord your God is ^(A)God of gods and ^(B)Lord of lords, ^(C)the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is ^(D)not partial and takes no bribe.
