²⁶ and ^(A)He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having ^(B)determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, ²⁷ that they would seek God, if perhaps they might feel around for Him and find Him, ^(C)though He is not far from each one of us; ²⁸ for ^(D)in Him we live and move and ^[a]exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His descendants.’

⁶ one God and Father of all ^(A)who is over all and through all and in all.

²⁷ to whom ^(A)God willed to make known what ^(B)the wealth of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles is, the mystery that is ^(C)Christ in you, the ^(D)hope of glory.

^5 (A)Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; ^(B)examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you ^[a](C)fail the test?

⁶ For God, who said, “^(A)Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has ^(B)shone in our hearts to give the ^(C)Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

Second Coming Foretold

²⁰ Now He was questioned by the Pharisees ^(A)as to when the kingdom of God was coming, and He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God is not coming with ^[a](B)signs that can be observed; ²¹ nor will ^(C)they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is ^[b]in your midst.”
