⁶ but we sailed away from Philippi after the days of Unleavened Bread.^(A) In five days we reached them at Troas, where we spent seven days.

To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi,^(C) including the overseers^(D) and deacons.^(E)

² On the contrary, after we had previously suffered,^(A) and we were treated outrageously in Philippi,^(B) as you know, we were emboldened by our God to speak the gospel of God to you in spite of great opposition.
