the One who forms the mountains,^(A)
creates the wind,^(B)
and reveals His^[a] thoughts to man,^(C)
the One who makes the dawn out of darkness
and strides on the heights of the earth.^(D)
Yahweh, the God of Hosts, is His name.^(E)
