Then shall he bring with a bull a minchah of three-tenths ephah of flour mixed with half a hin of shemen.

10 And thou shalt bring for a nesekh half a hin of yayin, for an offering made by eish, a re’ach nichoach unto Hashem.

11 Thus shall it be done for one bull, or for one ram, or for a seh from the lambs, or from the goats.

bring with the bull a grain offering(A) of three-tenths of an ephah[a](B) of the finest flour mixed with half a hin[b] of olive oil, 10 and also bring half a hin of wine(C) as a drink offering.(D) This will be a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(E) 11 Each bull or ram, each lamb or young goat, is to be prepared in this manner.
