¹³ When you were ^(A)dead ^[a]in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He ^(B)made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, ¹⁴ having canceled out ^(C)the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and ^(D)He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. ¹⁵ When He had ^[b](E)disarmed the ^(F)rulers and authorities, He ^(G)made a public display of them, having ^(H)triumphed over them through ^[c]Him.

³⁸ Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that ^(A)through ^[a]Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, ³⁹ and ^[b]through Him ^(B)everyone who believes is ^[c]freed ^[d]from all things, from which you could not be ^[e]freed ^[f]through the Law of Moses.

¹⁰ By ^[a]this will we have been ^(A)sanctified through ^(B)the offering of ^(C)the body of Jesus Christ ^(D)once for all.

¹¹ Every priest stands daily ministering and ^(E)offering time after time the same sacrifices, which ^(F)can never take away sins; ¹² but He, having offered one sacrifice ^(G)for ^[b]sins ^(H)for all time, ^(I)sat down at the right hand of God, ¹³ waiting from that time onward ^(J)until His enemies be made a footstool for His feet. ¹⁴ For by one offering He has ^(K)perfected ^(L)for all time those who are ^[c]sanctified.
