New Testament for Everyone
10 This will mean that you’ll be able to conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the Lord, and so give him real delight, as you bear fruit in every good work and grow up in the knowledge of God. 11 I pray that you’ll be given all possible strength, according to the power of his glory, so that you’ll have complete patience and become truly steadfast and joyful.
12 And I pray that you will learn to give thanks to the father, who has made you fit to share the inheritance of God’s holy ones in the light.

New International Version
10 so that you may live a life worthy(A) of the Lord and please him(B) in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,(C) 11 being strengthened with all power(D) according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,(E) 12 and giving joyful thanks to the Father,(F) who has qualified you[a] to share in the inheritance(G) of his holy people in the kingdom of light.(H)
