10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.
11 [a]In whom also ye are circumcised with (A)circumcision made without hands, by putting off the [b]sinful body of the flesh, through the circumcision of Christ,
12 [c]In that ye are (B)[d]buried with [e]him through baptism, [f]in whom ye are also raised up together through the faith of the operation of [g]God, which raised him from the dead.

- Colossians 2:11 Now he dealeth perfecty against the third kind, that is to say, against them which urged the Jewish religion: and first of all, he denieth that we have need of the Circumcision of the flesh, seeing that without it we are circumcised within, by the virtue of Christ.
- Colossians 2:11 These many words are used to show what the old man is, whom Paul in other places calleth the body of sin.

Your whole self ruled by the flesh[a](D) was put off when you were circumcised by[b] Christ, 12 having been buried with him in baptism,(E) in which you were also raised with him(F) through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.(G)
