^23 (A)if indeed you continue in the faith, ^(B)stable and steadfast, not shifting from ^(C)the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed ^(D)in all creation^[a] under heaven, ^(E)and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

⁶ Now when Paul perceived that one part were ^(A)Sadducees and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, “Brothers, ^(B)I am a Pharisee, a son of Pharisees. It is ^(C)with respect to the ^(D)hope of the resurrection of the dead that I am on trial.”

^2 (A)in hope of eternal life, which God, ^(B)who never lies, ^(C)promised ^(D)before the ages began^[a]

⁶ but Christ is faithful over God's house as ^(A)a son. And ^(B)we are his house if indeed we ^(C)hold fast our confidence and our boasting in our hope.^[a]
