36 “At that time[a] my reason returned to me, and also the glory of my kingdom and my majesty and splendor returned to me, and my advisers and my lords[b] searched me out, and I was established over my kingdom and abundant greatness was added to me. 37 Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and honor the king of heaven, for all his works are truth,[c] and his ways are justice and that he is able to humble those who walk in pride.”

36 At the same time that my sanity was restored, my honor and splendor were returned to me for the glory of my kingdom.(A) My advisers and nobles sought me out, and I was restored to my throne and became even greater than before. 37 Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt(B) and glorify(C) the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just.(D) And those who walk in pride(E) he is able to humble.(F)
