Daniel 5:4-6

4 They drank the wine and praised the gods of gold and silver, bronze, iron, wood and stone.[a]
5 Immediately[b] human fingers[c] appeared and they wrote opposite[d] the lampstand on the plaster of the wall of the palace of the king, and the king was watching[e] the palm of the hand that was writing. 6 Then his face changed and his thoughts terrified him, and his hip joints gave way[f] and his knees knocked together.[g]

5 Suddenly the fingers of a human hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the wall, near the lampstand in the royal palace. The king watched the hand as it wrote. 6 His face turned pale(C) and he was so frightened(D) that his legs became weak(E) and his knees were knocking.(F)
