7 (A)The king called loudly to bring in (B)the enchanters, the (C)Chaldeans, and (D)the astrologers. The king declared[a] to the wise men of Babylon, (E)“Whoever reads this writing, and shows me its interpretation, shall be clothed with purple and have a chain of gold round his neck and (F)shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.”

7 The king summoned the enchanters,(A) astrologers[a](B) and diviners.(C) Then he said to these wise(D) men of Babylon, “Whoever reads this writing and tells me what it means will be clothed in purple and have a gold chain placed around his neck,(E) and he will be made the third(F) highest ruler in the kingdom.”(G)
