16 I approached one of those who stood by and began asking him the exact meaning of all this. So he told me and explained to me the interpretation of the things: 17 ‘These four great beasts are four kings who will arise from the earth. 18 But the [a]saints (believers) of the Most High [God] will receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, for all ages to come.’(A)

“So he told me and gave me the interpretation(A) of these things: 17 ‘The four great beasts are four kings that will rise from the earth. 18 But the holy people(B) of the Most High will receive the kingdom(C) and will possess it forever—yes, for ever and ever.’(D)
