²Daniel said: “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me were the four winds of heaven^(A) churning up the great sea.

²Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

²Daniel spoke, saying, “I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the Great Sea.

²²The four horns that replaced the one that was broken off represent four kingdoms that will emerge from his nation but will not have the same power.

²²Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.

²²^(A)As for the broken horn and the four that stood up in its place, four kingdoms shall arise out of that nation, but not with its power.
