12 And He has (A)confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing upon us a great disaster; (B)for under the whole heaven such has never been done as what has been done to Jerusalem.
13 (C)“As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come upon us; (D)yet we have not made our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and understand Your truth. 14 Therefore the Lord has (E)kept the disaster in mind, and brought it upon us; for (F)the Lord our God is righteous in all the works which He does, though we have not obeyed His voice.

12 You have fulfilled(A) the words spoken against us and against our rulers by bringing on us great disaster.(B) Under the whole heaven nothing has ever been done like(C) what has been done to Jerusalem.(D) 13 Just as it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come on us, yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord(E) our God by turning from our sins and giving attention to your truth.(F) 14 The Lord did not hesitate to bring the disaster(G) on us, for the Lord our God is righteous in everything he does;(H) yet we have not obeyed him.(I)
