Good News Translation
36 Only Caleb son of Jephunneh will enter it. He has remained faithful to me, and I will give him and his descendants the land that he has explored.’ 37 Because of you the Lord also became angry with me and said, ‘Not even you, Moses, will enter the land. 38 But strengthen the determination of your helper, Joshua son of Nun. He will lead Israel to occupy the land.’

36 except Caleb(A) son of Jephunneh. He will see it, and I will give him and his descendants the land he set his feet on, because he followed the Lord wholeheartedly.(B)”
37 Because of you the Lord became angry(C) with me also and said, “You shall not enter(D) it, either. 38 But your assistant, Joshua(E) son of Nun, will enter it. Encourage(F) him, because he will lead(G) Israel to inherit(H) it.
