36 except Caleb the son of Jephunneh; he shall see it, and (A)to him I will give the land on which he has set foot, and to his sons, because he has followed the Lord fully.’ 37 (B)The Lord was angry with me also on your account, saying, ‘(C)Not even you shall enter there. 38 Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, (D)shall himself enter there; encourage him, for (E)he will give it to Israel as an inheritance.

36 except Caleb(A) son of Jephunneh. He will see it, and I will give him and his descendants the land he set his feet on, because he followed the Lord wholeheartedly.(B)”
37 Because of you the Lord became angry(C) with me also and said, “You shall not enter(D) it, either. 38 But your assistant, Joshua(E) son of Nun, will enter it. Encourage(F) him, because he will lead(G) Israel to inherit(H) it.
