5 Across the Jordan in the land of Moab, Moses began to explain this Torah saying, 6 “Adonai our God spoke to us at Horeb saying: ‘You have stayed long enough at this mountain. 7 Turn, journey on, and enter the hill country of the Amorites and all their neighbors, in the Arabah, the hill country, the lowland, the Negev, and by the seashore—the land of the Canaanites and the Lebanon as far as the great river, the Euphrates.

5 East of the Jordan in the territory of Moab,(A) Moses began to expound this law, saying:
6 The Lord our God said to us(B) at Horeb,(C) “You have stayed long enough(D) at this mountain. 7 Break camp and advance into the hill country of the Amorites;(E) go to all the neighboring peoples in the Arabah,(F) in the mountains, in the western foothills, in the Negev(G) and along the coast, to the land of the Canaanites(H) and to Lebanon,(I) as far as the great river, the Euphrates.(J)
