²⁰ You are to fear the Lord your God and worship him. Remain faithful^[a] to him and take oaths in his name.^(A)

¹⁰ These evil people, who refuse to listen to me, who follow the stubbornness of their own hearts,^(A) and who have followed other gods to serve and bow in worship—they will be like this underwear, of no use at all.

⁶ Do not follow other gods to serve them and to bow in worship to them,^(A) and do not anger me by the work of your hands.^(B) Then I will do you no harm.
