11 But the land that you will soon get is not like that. In Israel there are mountains and valleys, and the land gets its water from the rain that falls from the sky. 12 The Lord your God cares for that land. The Lord your God watches over it, from the beginning to the end of the year.

Deuteronomy 11:11-13
New International Version
11 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys(A) that drinks rain from heaven.(B) 12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes(C) of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.
13 So if you faithfully obey(D) the commands I am giving you today—to love(E) the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul(F)—
