¹⁶ You shall ^(A)winnow them, the wind shall carry them away,
And the whirlwind shall scatter them;
You shall rejoice in the Lord,
And ^(B)glory in the Holy One of Israel.

²⁴ They do not say in their heart,
“Let us now fear the Lord our God,
^(A)Who gives rain, both the ^(B)former and the latter, in its season.
^(C)He reserves for us the appointed weeks of the harvest.”

¹⁸ Yet I will ^(A)rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation.

⁷ Those of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man,
And their ^(A)heart shall rejoice as if with wine.
Yes, their children shall see it and be glad;
Their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.
