Deuteronomy 13:5-7
Christian Standard Bible
5 That prophet or dreamer must be put to death,(A) because he has urged rebellion against the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the place of slavery,(B) to turn you from the way the Lord your God has commanded you to walk. You must purge the evil from you.(C)

6 “If your brother, the son of your mother,[a] or your son or daughter, or the wife you embrace, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, ‘Let’s go and worship other gods’—which neither you nor your ancestors have known, 7 any of the gods of the peoples around you, near you or far from you, from one end of the earth to the other—

Deuteronomy 13:5-7
New International Version
5 That prophet or dreamer must be put to death(A) for inciting rebellion against the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery. That prophet or dreamer tried to turn(B) you from the way the Lord your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil(C) from among you.
6 If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices(D) you, saying, “Let us go and worship other gods”(E) (gods that neither you nor your ancestors have known, 7 gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other),
