Deuteronomy 15:19-21

19 “Set apart for the Lord your God all the first-born males among your cattle and your flock. Do no work with the first-born of your cattle. Do not cut the wool from the first-born of your flock. 20 You and those of your house will eat it every year before the Lord your God in the place the Lord chooses. 21 But do not kill it and give it to the Lord your God if it is not perfect, such as not being able to walk or see, or anything else wrong with it.

The Firstborn Animals
19 Set apart for the Lord(A) your God every firstborn male(B) of your herds and flocks.(C) Do not put the firstborn of your cows to work, and do not shear the firstborn of your sheep.(D) 20 Each year you and your family are to eat them in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose.(E) 21 If an animal has a defect,(F) is lame or blind, or has any serious flaw, you must not sacrifice it to the Lord your God.(G)
