13 (A)Be completely faithful to the Lord.”
The Promise to Send a Prophet
14 Then Moses said, “In the land you are about to occupy, people follow the advice of those who practice divination and look for omens, but the Lord your God does not allow you to do this. 15 (B)Instead, he will send you a prophet like me from among your own people, and you are to obey him.[a]

Deuteronomy 18:13-15
New International Version
13 You must be blameless(A) before the Lord your God.(B)
The Prophet
14 The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination.(C) But as for you, the Lord your God has not permitted you to do so. 15 The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites.(D) You must listen to him.
