13 (A)You are to be blameless before the Lord your God. 14 For these nations, which you are going to dispossess, listen to (B)soothsayers and diviners, but as for you, the Lord your God has not allowed you to do so.
15 “(C)The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen; to him you shall listen.

The Prophet
14 The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination.(C) But as for you, the Lord your God has not permitted you to do so. 15 The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites.(D) You must listen to him.
