Deuteronomy 19:14-16

14 “You must not move your neighbor’s boundary marker that the first generations marked out, in the inheritance you will receive in the land Adonai your God is giving you to possess.
15 A single witness shall not rise up against a person for any offense or sin that he commits. By the word of two or three witnesses is a case to be established. [a] 16 Suppose a hostile witness rises up against someone to accuse him of wrongdoing.

Witnesses
15 One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.(B)
16 If a malicious witness(C) takes the stand to accuse someone of a crime,
