¹⁸ You shall not bring the hire of a harlot or the wages of a ^[a](A)dog into the house of the Lord your God for any votive offering, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God.

⁶ “^(A)Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.
