17 Remember what Amalek did to you on your journey out of Egypt, 18 how he attacked you on the way, when you were faint and weary, and struck down all who lagged behind you; he did not fear God.

16 For the Lord your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.(A)

17 Remember what the Amalekites(B) did to you along the way when you came out of Egypt. 18 When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and attacked all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God.(C)
