Deuteronomy 27:24-26

24 ‘Cursed be the one who strikes down his neighbor in secret.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
25 ‘Cursed be the one who takes a bribe to murder an innocent person.’[a] And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
26 ‘Cursed be the one who does not keep[b] the words of this law, to observe them.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’”
