¹⁶Cursed shall you be in the city and cursed shall you be in the field.

¹⁷Cursed shall be your basket and your kneading trough.

¹⁸Cursed shall be the fruit of your body, of your land, of the increase of your cattle and the young of your sheep.

¹⁶You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country.^(A)

¹⁸The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.^(C)
