Deuteronomy 28:35-37

³⁵ The Lord will strike you with horrible inflammation in your knees and legs, from the sole of your foot to the top of your head. You will be untreatable. ³⁶ The Lord will send you and the king that you appoint over you far away to a nation that neither you nor your ancestors have known. There you will worship other gods made of wood and stone. ³⁷ You will become a horror, fit only for use in proverbs and in insults by all the nations where the Lord drives you.
