Chapter 29
Past Favors Recalled. 1 Moses summoned all Israel and said to them, You have seen with your own eyes all that the Lord did in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh and all his servants and to all his land, 2 the great testings your own eyes have seen, and those great signs and wonders.(A) 3 But the Lord has not given you a heart to understand, or eyes to see, or ears to hear until this day.(B)

Renewal of the Covenant
29 [a]These are the terms of the covenant the Lord commanded Moses to make with the Israelites in Moab,(A) in addition to the covenant he had made with them at Horeb.(B)
2 Moses summoned all the Israelites and said to them:
Your eyes have seen all that the Lord did in Egypt to Pharaoh, to all his officials and to all his land.(C) 3 With your own eyes you saw those great trials, those signs and great wonders.(D)
