Deuteronomy 29:6-8
World English Bible

6 You have not eaten bread, neither have you drunk wine or strong drink, that you may know that I am Yahweh your God. 7 When you came to this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon and Og the king of Bashan came out against us to battle, and we struck them. 8 We took their land, and gave it for an inheritance to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half-tribe of the Manassites.

New International Version

6 You ate no bread and drank no wine or other fermented drink.(A) I did this so that you might know that I am the Lord your God.”(B)

7 When you reached this place, Sihon(C) king of Heshbon(D) and Og king of Bashan came out to fight against us, but we defeated them.(E) 8 We took their land and gave it as an inheritance(F) to the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh.(G)
