10 all the cities of the plateau, Gilead, and Bashan as far as Salecah and Edrei, cities of Og’s kingdom in Bashan.(A) 11 (Only King Og of Bashan was left of the remnant of the Rephaim.(B) His bed[a] was made of iron. Isn’t it in Rabbah of the Ammonites?(C) It is 13½ feet long and 6 feet wide by a standard measure.[b])(D)
12 “At that time we took possession of this land.(E) I gave to the Reubenites and Gadites the area extending from Aroer by the Arnon Valley, and half the hill country of Gilead along with its cities.

10 We took all the towns on the plateau, and all Gilead, and all Bashan as far as Salekah(A) and Edrei, towns of Og’s kingdom in Bashan. 11 (Og king of Bashan was the last of the Rephaites.(B) His bed was decorated with iron and was more than nine cubits long and four cubits wide.[a] It is still in Rabbah(C) of the Ammonites.)
Division of the Land
12 Of the land that we took over at that time, I gave the Reubenites and the Gadites the territory north of Aroer(D) by the Arnon Gorge, including half the hill country of Gilead, together with its towns.
