21 I also commanded Joshua at the same time, “You have seen everything the Lord your God did to these two kings; he[a] will do the same to all the kingdoms where you are going.[b] 22 Do not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God will personally fight for you.”

Moses Forbidden to Cross the Jordan
21 At that time I commanded Joshua: “You have seen with your own eyes all that the Lord your God has done to these two kings. The Lord will do the same to all the kingdoms over there where you are going. 22 Do not be afraid(A) of them;(B) the Lord your God himself will fight(C) for you.”
23 At that time I pleaded(D) with the Lord:
