Deuteronomy 31:25-27

25 then Moses commanded the Levites carrying the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, saying,[a] 26 “Take the scroll of this law and put it at the side of the ark of the covenant of Yahweh your God, and it will be there as a witness against you. 27 For I know your rebellion and your stiff neck even now while I am still alive with you today,[b] rebelling against Yahweh, and how much more[c] after my death.

New International Version
25 he gave this command to the Levites who carried(A) the ark of the covenant of the Lord: 26 “Take this Book of the Law and place it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God. There it will remain as a witness against you.(B) 27 For I know how rebellious(C) and stiff-necked(D) you are. If you have been rebellious against the Lord while I am still alive and with you, how much more will you rebel after I die!
