Deuteronomy 32:39-41

39 Behold now, for I, I am he, and there is no gods with me: (A)I kill, and give life: I wound, and I make whole: neither is there any that can deliver out of mine hand.
40 For [a]I lift up mine hand to heaven, and say, I live forever.
41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment, I will execute vengeance on mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.

39 “See now that I myself am he!(A)
There is no god besides me.(B)
I put to death(C) and I bring to life,(D)
I have wounded and I will heal,(E)
and no one can deliver out of my hand.(F)
40 I lift my hand(G) to heaven and solemnly swear:
As surely as I live forever,(H)
41 when I sharpen my flashing sword(I)
and my hand grasps it in judgment,
I will take vengeance(J) on my adversaries
and repay those who hate me.(K)
