Deuteronomy 32:5-7
Authorized (King James) Version

5 They have corrupted themselves,
their spot is not the spot of his children:
they are a perverse and crooked generation.
6 Do ye thus requite the Lord, Ofoolish people and unwise?
is not he thy father that hath bought thee?
hath he not made thee, and established thee?

7 Remember the days of old,
consider the years of many generations:
ask thy father, and he will shew thee;
thy elders, and they will tell thee.

5 They are corrupt and not his children;
    to their shame they are a warped and crooked generation.(A)
6 Is this the way you repay(B) the Lord,
    you foolish(C) and unwise people?(D)
Is he not your Father,(E) your Creator,[a]
    who made you and formed you?(F)

7 Remember the days of old;(G)
    consider the generations long past.(H)
Ask your father and he will tell you,
    your elders, and they will explain to you.(I)
