Moses' Final Blessing on Israel

33 This is the blessing with which Moses ^(A)the man of God blessed the people of Israel before his death.

⁶ Then the woman came and told her husband, ^(A)“A man of God came to me, and his appearance was like the appearance of the angel of God, very awesome. ^(B)I did not ask him where he was from, and he did not tell me his name,

The Lord Rejects Eli's Household

²⁷ And there came ^(A)a man of God to Eli and said to him, “Thus the Lord has said, ^(B)‘Did I indeed reveal myself to the house of your father when they were in Egypt subject to the house of Pharaoh?

⁶ But he said to him, “Behold, there is ^(A)a man of God in this city, and he is a man who is held in honour; ^(B)all that he says comes true. So now let us go there. Perhaps he can tell us the way we should go.”
