²⁶ I ^(A)call heaven and earth as witnesses against you today, that you will ^(B)certainly perish quickly from the land where you are going over the Jordan to take possession of it. You will not ^[a]live long on it, but will be utterly destroyed. ²⁷ The Lord will ^(C)scatter you among the peoples, and you will be left few in number among the nations where the Lord drives you.

^20 (A)then I will uproot ^[a]you from My land which I have given ^[b]you, and this house which I have consecrated for My name I will cast out of My sight; and I will make it ^(B)a proverb and an object of scorn among all peoples.

Judgment Must Come

15 Then the Lord said to me, “Even ^(A)if ^(B)Moses and ^(C)Samuel were to ^(D)stand before Me, My ^[a]heart would not be ^[b]with this people. ^(E)Send them away from My presence and have them go!
