¹⁷ Otherwise, ^(A)the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you, and He will ^(B)shut up the sky ^(C)so that there will be no rain, and the ground will not yield its produce; then ^(D)you will quickly perish from the good land which the Lord is giving you.

^13 (A)If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send a plague among My people,
