¹⁴ Do not turn aside to the right or the left from all the things I am commanding you today, and do not go after other gods to worship them.

¹⁰ These evil people, who refuse to listen to Me, who follow the stubbornness of their own hearts,^(A) and who have followed other gods to serve and worship—they will be like this underwear, of no use at all.

¹⁵ Time and time again^[a] I have sent you all My servants the prophets, proclaiming: Turn, each one from his evil way of life,^(A) and correct your actions. Stop following other gods to serve them.^(B) Live in the land that I gave you and your ancestors. But you would not pay attention or obey Me.^(C)
