³² “Be careful to do as the Lord your God has commanded you; you are not to turn aside to the right or the left. ³³ Follow the whole instruction the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live, prosper, and have a long life in the land you will possess.

¹³ The Lord will make you the head and not the tail;^(A) you will only move upward and never downward if you listen to the Lord your God’s commands I am giving you today and are careful to follow them. ¹⁴ Do not turn aside to the right or the left from all the things I am commanding you today,^(B) and do not follow other gods to worship them.

⁷ Above all, be strong and very courageous to observe carefully the whole instruction my servant Moses commanded you.^(A) Do not turn from it to the right or the left, so that you will have success wherever you go.

⁶ “Be very strong^(A) and continue obeying all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, so that you do not turn from it to the right or left
