⁶Benayah also and Yachziel the Kohanim with chatzotzerot (trumpets) tamid (continually) before the Aron Brit HaElohim.

⁷Then on that day Dovid first committed the giving of thanks unto Hashem into the yad Asaph and his achim.

⁸Give thanks unto Hashem, call upon Shmo, make known His deeds among the nations.

⁶and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests were to blow the trumpets regularly before the ark of the covenant of God.

⁷That day David first appointed Asaph and his associates to give praise^(A) to the Lord in this manner:

⁸Give praise^(B) to the Lord, proclaim his name;
make known among the nations^(C) what he has done.
