Ecclesiastes 1:8-10
World English Bible
8 All things are full of weariness beyond uttering. The eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing. 9 That which has been is that which shall be; and that which has been done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. 10 Is there a thing of which it may be said, “Behold,[a] this is new?” It has been long ago, in the ages which were before us.

Ecclesiastes 1:8-10
New International Version
8 All things are wearisome,
more than one can say.
The eye never has enough of seeing,(A)
nor the ear its fill of hearing.
9 What has been will be again,
what has been done will be done again;(B)
there is nothing new under the sun.
10 Is there anything of which one can say,
“Look! This is something new”?
It was here already, long ago;
it was here before our time.
