Ephesians 4:26-28
Good News Translation
26 (A)If you become angry, do not let your anger lead you into sin, and do not stay angry all day. 27 Don't give the Devil a chance. 28 If you used to rob, you must stop robbing and start working, in order to earn an honest living for yourself and to be able to help the poor.

26 “In your anger do not sin”[a]:(A) Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 and do not give the devil a foothold.(B) 28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work,(C) doing something useful with their own hands,(D) that they may have something to share with those in need.(E)
